All Chinese look the same?

I occasionally work with a Chinese guy Kim.  

At a works function, we were having a drink. 

I asked him, "Kim, do you ever get fed up of people saying that all Chinese look the same?"

He replied, " Kim is at the bar getting drinks; I am his wife."
